How to use it
Open the Markdown text file in a text editor or copy it into your document editor. Replace every bracketed field, record the services actually approved, and have the responsible business and IT owners review it. The print-friendly HTML version opens in a browser and can be printed or saved as PDF using its Print dialog. Downloads are available without an email submission.
